When a trip is booked with Go Skilled, we assign it to a driver and allocate the resources needed to execute the transport. As such, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy as follows:

• Trips canceled with 48 hours notice from the trip time are fully refundable.
• Trips canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are eligible for either a 50% refund or the trip can be rescheduled. Please note all rescheduled trips are applied as an credit and must be used within the same calendar year.
• Once a driver is en route or on-site for the scheduled transport, the entire trip is non-refundable.
